These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rinqo (the "App"), provided by Bytecodecafe LLC, a Georgia limited liability company ("Bytecodecafe," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Rinqo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Rinqo is an AI-powered consumer advocacy tool that helps users prepare for customer service calls, locate company contact information, draft complaint correspondence, and organize related records. Rinqo uses artificial intelligence, including large language models, to generate suggested scripts, summaries, and draft communications.
Content generated by Rinqo — including call scripts, complaint emails, regulatory filing drafts, company contact information, and post-call summaries — is produced by an AI model and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. This content is provided for informational and preparatory purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it, sending it, or acting on it — including company phone numbers, addresses, and any claims made in drafted correspondence. Bytecodecafe does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of any information the App generates or retrieves.
Rinqo offers a free tier with limited usage and an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Rinqo Pro") that unlocks additional features and higher usage limits.
You agree not to use Rinqo to generate content that is fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or intended to deceive a company, individual, or regulatory body. You agree not to misrepresent your identity or authority when using AI-generated correspondence.
Rinqo's Vault feature allows you to optionally store photos and personal information — including, without limitation, driver's license or other government-issued identification, credit card, debit card, and bank account information, and other personally identifiable information ("PII") — locally on your device, protected by your device's biometric authentication. Vault contents are stored exclusively on your device and are never transmitted to, or stored on, Bytecodecafe's servers. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any Vault content; Bytecodecafe has no ability to recover Vault content if your device is lost, stolen, damaged, reset, or if the App is uninstalled.
Sensitive information belongs in the Vault only. Fields elsewhere in the App — including, without limitation, call script inputs, complaint email drafts, regulatory filing fields, notes fields, and search or lookup queries — are not part of the Vault, are not protected by biometric authentication or on-device-only storage, and may be transmitted to Bytecodecafe's servers and/or third-party AI or service providers (see Section 3) for processing. You agree not to enter your driver's license or other government ID numbers, Social Security number, credit or debit card numbers, bank account or routing numbers, passwords, or any other sensitive PII into any field within the App other than the Vault. If you choose to enter such information into any non-Vault field, you do so entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytecodecafe LLC disclaims all liability, and you release and hold Bytecodecafe LLC harmless, for any exposure, interception, transmission, storage, loss, theft, or misuse of information you enter into any non-Vault field.
The App, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Bytecodecafe LLC. You retain ownership of any content you input into the App. By using the App, you grant Bytecodecafe a limited license to process your input solely to provide the App's functionality.
Rinqo is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be error-free or that the App will be uninterrupted or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bytecodecafe LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including reliance on AI-generated content.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 3.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
